Aegis understands that each business has unique needs, and furthermore, these requirements are likely to change and evolve over time. We know this from our own experience in managing our diverse portfolio of businesses within the Essar Group. Thus, to enable flexibility and customization of each client partnership, only Aegis offers the following engagement models:
Classic Agreement
- This is the traditional and frequently used approach governed by the Statement of Work (SOW).
Risk Mitigation
- This approach allows Aegis to buy assets and processes. Such buyout converts expensive overheads to lean and efficient performance engines.
Gain Guarantee
- This approach allows Aegis to commit up front financial benefits that we bring in your transformation blue prints. Additionally gains obtained through our deployment strategy are then further shared. When we talk of gain, we talk of economic guarantee.
Leverage Buyout
- This model allows our customers to de-couple and transition a process to a different location or scale or on a different platform. Aegis has developed creative constructs to de-risk potential pitfalls.
Value Creation
- This model leverages the scale for extra value creation. In a true partnership model, you bring in the initial scale and we bring in our expertise in process operations, marketing, sales, reach and finance under an SPV umbrella. This not only brings the benefits of gains and economic benefits, but also allows you to leverage future value.
